How to install the electric telescopic gate?
How should we install the electric telescopic gate we bought? But we still need to know how the electric telescopic gate is installed, so as to prepare for the installation of the electric telescopic gate.
The installation of electric telescopic gate can be divided into six steps: embedded track - fixed gate - limit switch - fixed control box - connecting line - debugging.
1. Embedded track
2. Fixed gate body: put the gate body into the track, and fix the bottom support of its tail with special fixing clip and anchor expansion screw (M12 × 80).
3. Limit switch: set the opening and closing positions of the gate and embed the limit device.
4. Fixed control box: the control box can be installed in the head box or moved to the room within 10 meters away from the host for fixation.
5. Connection line: connect the corresponding wiring in strict accordance with the wiring diagram (it must be operated in case of power failure). The wiring must be firm. There should be no short circuit between terminals, and check whether the circuit is correct.
6. Debugging: first, manually push and pull the gate body by hand, and then check whether the gate body operates normally. Only when the gate body is confirmed to be in normal operation can the power be connected. Follow the following steps to test the power supply, limit position, run test times, etc.
